Had a great time with friends here! We explored the Scovill Zoo and had fun at the Children's Museum of Illinois. The place is near great shopping at Hickory Point Mall, and a golf course treats golfers nicely too. Clean rooms and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable.

Unfortunately, my room was not cleaned as requested, which was quite disappointing. I also found the bathroom facilities to be very unsatisfactory. the shower had a yellow tint and was overall unclean. There was only one washcloth provided in a room for two, and the phone didn't work. I regret that my stay was marked by these issues as I expected better.

Restroom cleanliness left much to be desired!!! Broken amenities like the hot tub and plumbing issues need urgent attention!!! Noise from neighboring rooms disrupted my peace, making relaxation challenging!!!

The lobby was beautifully decorated with comfy seating, making it inviting and easy to relax in. It was refreshing to find thoughtful touches like the easy access to the ground floor, perfect for everyone, including seniors.

The room had a microwave, fridge, tea/coffee maker, and a TV with cable channels. The bathroom was equipped with a hairdryer and had a spacious seating area. I enjoyed the indoor swimming pool which was well-maintained. The fitness center had plenty of equipment and was open late, which was great for my schedule.

So I booked this hotel and it was a good choice. The kids loved the breakfast buffet had a waffle maker and happy staff who even let us check out late.

It was kind of pricey but you get what you pay for.
